The Chimp Store ship domestic orders using DHL Domestic Express which is both secure and insured. Our domestic delivery service is FREE* of charge on all orders with no minimum spend.
All orders placed before 15:00 (Monday - Thursday) will be delivered on the next business working day. Orders placed on a Friday before 15:00 will be guaranteed for Monday and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be guaranteed for Tuesday.
All domestic orders require a signature upon delivery and tracking numbers will be provided via email once they have been entered into our system.
*Free Shipping excludes all sale orders under £75. Sale items shipped with full price items still qualify for free delivery.
International Shipping Information
The Chimp Store ship worldwide orders using DHL Timed Delivery which is both secure and insured. Our International delivery is charged at a flat rate depending on your location, which you can see listed below:
Ireland - £10.00 - Delivered in 1-2 working days
Europe - £10.00 - Delivered in 3-5 working days
America - £14.00 - Delivered in 3-5 working days
Japan - £20.00 - Delivered in 3-5 working days
Rest of the World - £20.00 - Delivered in 5-7 working days
