Purveyors of some of the finest workwear styles on the market, Carhartt WIP, present their Spring offerings.
As usual, the younger offshoot of Carhartt Workwear experiment with a number of staple styles, brought up to date with new materials, colours and patterns.
First up is the Oakland Stripe T Shirt. In 100% cotton, this is a seasonal basic offered in a range of colours to suit all tastes and styles. With embroidered detail on the chest, it's finished with understated Carhartt branding.
The Michigan Coat, a style we've seen in heavier materials for winter, arrives fresh for Spring in a lighter weight cotton drill. 8.5oz white cotton is adorned with the statement Carhartt woven patch and is comprised of four utility style pockets and collar. A vintage workwear style, updated for the modern consumer.
Never ones to rest on their laurels, Carhartt bring out a new style in the form of the Hayes Shirt Jacket. This Spring style is as innovative as it is stylish. In a lightweight Nylon/Spandex blend this over shirt has some stretch to it, resulting in a real versatile piece. A full zip closure on the front blends the qualities of jacket and shirt together seamlessly, an the addition of a zippered chest pocket and velcro stash pouch bring a utilitarian quality.
The Hayes Shirt Jacket is finished with a variation on the woven patch logo, dubbed the Outdoor C.
