Spring layers are very important, you need to remember that. Those crisp mornings where it looks sunny outside and you leave in a t shirt and jeans, yeah those mornings you will need to remember those layers and this outfit takes layering seriously. Starting from the feet up we are utilising the new 'Pig Suede' Vans Old Skools. They may looks simple but they are far from it. Their premium pig upper is coated in Scotchgard which will keep your feet dry as a bone. Moving on we are working with some Japanese selvedge, Edwin ED-55 jeans. These feature a small % of elastane which helps keeps you comfortable. Now to the main part, those layers. Our top layer is the spring weight Carhartt Chore Coat, this version is unlined and comes in a remarkable soft teal colour way. Under that is a simple but effective Carhartt Madison shirt. It resembles an oxford with its colour and button up but its actually a twill which is slightly heavier than oxford and it will wear in over time. Finally the base layer, this is The Hundreds Vince T Shirt, a 100% cotton ring spun garment crafted from yarn dyed thread meaning they've spent months of time and effort getting this just right and weaving their own cloth.
