*Next Business Day orders placed after 3pm on a Thursday will arrive the following Monday. Next Business Day orders placed after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.
Next Business Day and Saturday services are only available for the mainland UK. Any non mainland destinations such as Belfast, Isle Of Wight and Isle Of Man will be a 2 Business day service.
We cannot add delivery notes to parcels, for example 'please leave in porch'. If you require specific delivery leave safe places, please request these through your chosen courier once your tracking becomes available.
Please note we DO NOT dispatch any orders on Saturdays, Sundays or bank/public holidays.
Who Do You Send Your Parcels With?
For UK deliveries we work with DPD and Royal Mail. DPD deliver Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), you will receive an SMS message detailing an hour slot for when your order will be delivered. Royal Mail Deliver Monday-Saturday and deliver all our standard deliveries.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped we will supply you with a tracking number via email. You can use that tracking number to check on the status of your shipment. Here are the links to each individual tracking site. DPD | Royal Mail.
When Will I Receive My Order?
All UK orders placed before 14:30 (Monday - Thursday) will be delivered on the next business day via DPD or in the time-frame noted if Royal Mail. Orders placed on a Friday before 14:30 will be guaranteed for Monday. All orders placed after 14:30 on Friday and over the weekend will be guaranteed for Tuesday. All UK orders sent DPD will receive an SMS message or email outlining a 1 hour delivery window for when your order will arrive.
Do I Have To Sign For The Parcel?
All orders we send out will require a signature. If you are not in to sign for your goods the courier will leave a calling card with information on how to re-arrange delivery or collect your goods in person. If the goods are not collected and they are returned to us we can arrange to re-send them but there will be a charge for this.
My Goods Haven’t Been Shipped Yet. Whats Going On?
Sometimes items are out of stock due to a number of different circumstances. If your item was out of stock we will contact you via email or phone. Please check your spam and junk mail folders incase any correspondence have been missed. If you are still unsure on the status of your order please contact our customer service team. On some rare occasions we may require additional information about you or the address to which the goods are being sent. We will contact you via email or phone in regards to these queries.
Please note that during peak periods such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Christmas or the launch of a sale or discount code processing times will vary. In this instance there may be a slight delay to our normal postage service schedule. Requests to cancel/change orders may not be able to be fulfilled during peak periods, and with the current COVID-19 situation we are running a reduced staff capacity in line with the government guidelines. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Under these circumstances we cannot refund any money for paid delivery options.
I've Been Asked To Supply Information About Myself, Do I Have To?
From time to time we may need a little more information from you. This could be the case for a number of reasons. If you are unable to provide the extra info we may be forced to cancel your order. If you aren't comfortable replying to the email directly for security reasons feel free to contact us via the site to make sure the email you received was legitimate.
