Which Countries Do You Ship To?
We ship to a large selection of countries. To check if we ship to your country simply login, add your items to your bunch and hit checkout. From there you will be able to select your country and proceed to the payment pages. If we don’t ship to your country you can email us and we will be able to add your country.
Who Do You Send Your Parcels With?
For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail & APC Overnight. For standard deliveries we use Royal Tracked 48 which is an affordable service that takes roughly 2/3 days for delivery. Royal Mail will deliver Monday to Saturday but that excludes any UK bank holidays. For a faster service we Royal Mail Tracked 24, however this is not guaranteed next day and can take 1-2 days for delivery. For all guaranteed next day UK deliveries we use APC Overnight. APC Overnight deliver Monday to Friday but that excludes any public holidays. We send all our worldwide shipments with FedEx which is secure, fast and insured. All information regarding tracking will emailed to the email address attached to your The Chimp Store account once the goods have been collected from our warehouse. A signature will be required before receiving your parcel.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped we will supply you with a tracking number via email. You can use that tracking number to check on the status of your shipment. Here are the links to each individual tracking site. Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail Tracked 24, FedEx.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Standard deliveries sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 are usually made within 3-5 business days of your order being despatched however remote areas may take slightly longer. All Next Day Delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders placed before 15:00 (Monday - Thursday) will be delivered on the next business day. Orders placed on a Friday before 15:00 will be guaranteed for Monday. All orders placed after 15:00 on Friday and over the weekend will be guaranteed for Tuesday. International orders sent with FedEx are usually received within 1/2 business days, however these times may vary due to your location. All orders heading to the United States will be delivered on the next business day if they are ordered before 12:00 (UK Time). For more detailed information on delivery times please email us.
Do I Have To Sign For The Parcel?
All orders we send out will require a signature. If you are not in to sign for your goods the courier will leave a calling card with information on how to re-arrange delivery or collect your goods in person. If the goods are not collected and they are returned to us we can arrange to re-send them but there will be a charge for this.
My Goods Haven’t Been Shipped Yet. Whats Going On?
Sometimes items are out of stock due to a number of different circumstances. If your item was out of stock we will contact you via email or phone. Please check your spam and junk mail folders incase any correspondence have been missed. If you are still unsure on the status of your order please contact our customer service team. On some rare occasions we may require additional information about you or the address to which the goods are being sent. We will contact you via email or phone in regards to these queries.
Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas or the launch of a sale or discount code processing times will vary. In this instance there may be a slight delay to our normal postage service schedule. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Under these circumstances we cannot refund any money for paid delivery options.

DPD Next Day (1-2 days).
£2.99 flat rate charge. Free on orders over £50.
DPD Classic (3-5 days).
£10.50 flat rate charge.
North America (USA & Canada).
DPD Air Classic (3-6 Days.
£16 flat rate charge.
DPD Air Classic (4-7 business days).
£15 flat rate charge.
Rest Of The World.
DPD Air Classic (10-15 business days).
£25 flat rate charge.
International orders over a certain size or weight limit will be subject to additional charges. In the case of this happening we will contact you via email. We reserve the right to do this on all orders we deem appropriate.
I Don’t Live In The UK Will I Have To Pay Any Extra Import Charges?
Before you commit to your purchase you should check your country's import tax and or duty charges. The Chimp Store cannot be held liable for any additional charges, taxes or duties issued by your countries import office. Those charges are the sole responsibility of the importer (you). Import duty and taxes will be different from country to country and depend on the value of the goods you are receiving. We have no control over these charges and we are unable to lower the stated value on any goods we send out.
I've Been Asked To Supply Information About Myself, Do I Have To?
From time to time we may need a little more information from you. This could be the case for a number of reasons. If you are unable to provide the extra info we may be forced to cancel your order. If you aren't comfortable replying to the email directly for security reasons feel free to contact us via the site to make sure the email you received was legitimate.
Can I Ship Via A Freight Forwarding Company Or To An International PO Box?
Im afraid that we don't ship to either. Any orders seen to be using a PO Box or a third party shipping firm will unfortunately have to be cancelled. When you use these companies theres no way for us to verify the authenticity of the order. Please be aware of this at the time of purchase.
